The Gracie Barra Global Dashboard is the official platform where you can manage your school's information and review important requests from your students.

With the Global Dashboard, you can:

  • Approve student requests to join your school
  • Help students obtain their GB Global ID
  • Validate belt promotions
  • Update school and student information

Keeping these requests up to date ensures your students have access to the full Gracie Barra digital experience and GB Institute certifications.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the IGB Integration last?

The IGB Integration is a yearly partnership between Instituto Gracie Barra and each participating school.

When your school joins the program, it gets access to the benefits included in your plan for as long as your subscription stays active and in good standing.

Access to courses, resources, and other benefits will continue as long as the school's participation is active.

Who can use the Integration coupons?

Coupon codes are for the exclusive use of students, instructors, staff, and other active members of the participating school.

They can't be sold, shared, traded, exchanged, or used by people from other Gracie Barra schools, even if those schools belong to the same owner.

Each school takes part in the Integration on its own and must have its own subscription.

What happens if coupons are used by members of another GB school?

Misuse of coupons can lead to one or more of the following actions:

Cancellation of enrollments made with coupons used improperly
Full charge for courses used improperly, when applicable
Suspension or cancellation of the school's participation in the Integration
Loss of the program's remaining benefits

These measures protect the integrity of the Integration and make sure the experience stays fair for every participating school.

What happens if a school breaks the Integration contract?

If a school breaks the contract, the Integration will end and access will be removed from all course enrollments made using the Integration coupon. Any completed certifications will also be revoked.

What payment options are available for the Integration program?

Payment can be made in two ways: monthly or in full
