Participation Agreement & Acceptable Use Policy
1. Participation Agreement
  • GBI Integration is an annual partnership between the Gracie Barra Institute and each participating Gracie Barra school.
  • Your enrollment provides access to the benefits included in your selected Integration plan throughout your active subscription period.
  • Access to all resources, services, and learning experiences remains available while your Integration membership is active and in good standing.

2. Course Coupon Validity
  • Each participating school receives a personalized allocation of course coupons based on its selected Integration plan.
  • All course coupons remain valid for 12 months from the date the coupon spreadsheet is delivered to the participating school.
  • Unused coupons automatically expire at the end of the validity period and cannot be extended, renewed, transferred, exchanged, or converted into credits.
  • The coupon delivery date serves as the official start of the one-year validity period.

3. Acceptable Use of Course Coupons
Course coupons are provided exclusively for active members of the participating Gracie Barra school.
Coupons may not be:
  • Shared with another school;
  • Sold, traded, or exchanged;
  • Transferred to another individual or organization;
  • Used by anyone who is not an active member of the participating school.
Any misuse of course coupons may result in one or more of the following actions:
  • Immediate suspension or termination of the school's GBI Integration membership;
  • Cancellation of enrollments obtained through improperly used coupons;
  • Loss of remaining Integration benefits;
  • Charges equivalent to the standard retail price of any improperly redeemed courses, when applicable.
These measures help protect the integrity of the program and ensure fairness for every participating school.

4. Individual Participation Per School
Each Gracie Barra school participates independently in GBI Integration.
Schools or School Owners operating multiple locations must maintain an individual Integration enrollment for each school.
Each participating school must maintain its own administrator account and designated administrative email address to ensure accurate communication, reporting, coupon management, and access to program resources.

5. Coupon Distribution
Course coupons will only be released after this Participation Agreement & Acceptable Use Policy has been reviewed and accepted by an authorized representative of the participating school.
Following acceptance, the school's personalized coupon spreadsheet will be delivered through the official GBI Integration communication channels.

6. Account Status & Payment Policy
To ensure uninterrupted access to GBI Integration resources, schools are responsible for maintaining their subscription payments in good standing.
If a payment remains overdue:
  • After 30 days, the school's primary administrator account will be suspended until the outstanding balance has been resolved.
  • After 60 days, access for all users associated with the school, including administrators, instructors, staff members, and students, will be suspended until the account has been returned to good standing.

7. Policy Updates
GBI Integration continues to evolve as new resources, services, and learning experiences are introduced.
The Gracie Barra Institute reserves the right to update this Participation Agreement & Acceptable Use Policy whenever necessary. Participating schools will be notified of any material changes affecting the program.

Agreement & Acceptance
By checking this box and signing below, I confirm that I am authorized to represent my Gracie Barra school and that I have read, understood, and agreed to the GBI Integration Participation Agreement & Acceptable Use Policy. I understand that my school's course coupons will be released only after acceptance of this agreement and that access to GBI Integration is subject to continued compliance with these terms.
