Professor Flávio comments on the importance of Gracie Barra's fundamental curriculum, as well as the importance of the Professor preparation before each class, reviewing the techniques taught by Master Carlinhos in the GB1 Online Program videos.
The motivational part is essential in the Professo's view, especially for those students starting their journeys in Jiu-Jitsu.
